Flow from Application to Shoot and Delivery
- 1Contact
- Please contact us via the Contact page. We can discuss bookings up to three months in advance.
- 2Consultation
- We'll ask about your preferred shooting location and any requests, along with other details needed for your quote.
- 3Quote
- We'll prepare a quote based on your shooting location and shoot duration.
- 4Provisional Booking
- If you're satisfied with the quote, we'll guide you to the application form; filling it out and submitting it completes your provisional booking.
- 5Final Confirmation & Full Booking
- We prepare a final confirmation document, including the schedule for the day. Once you've reviewed and approved it, your booking is finalized upon payment of the deposit.
- 6Shoot
- For postponements due to bad weather, we'll begin discussing this 4–5 days beforehand, with a final decision made by the day before.
- 7Balance Payment
- Please pay the remaining balance, after subtracting the deposit from the shoot fee, within one week after the shoot.
- 8Data Delivery
- Once we confirm your balance payment, we'll deliver the shoot data via an online file-sharing service.
