· No script is prepared in advance — we turn the couple's real moments on the day into a short movie as they happen.

Before deposit payment: No cancellation fee
After deposit payment: The deposit serves as the cancellation fee
14 days before to the day before: 50% of the total invoice
On the day of the shoot: 100% of the total invoice
If we determine the shoot cannot proceed due to weather or similar circumstances, we will reschedule with no change fee. (A facility usage change fee may still apply.)
During busy seasons, the rescheduled date may be several weeks out, so please book with plenty of lead time.
Please note that if you change the shoot date for your own reasons, a rescheduling fee applies (¥16,500 on weekdays / ¥22,000 on weekends and holidays).
The time needed for a location shoot varies by spot, but as a guide, our standard 90-minute plan typically covers a 10-to-15-minute walking radius.
City shoots in particular tend to include many places meaningful to the couple, and from a photographer's perspective, there are moments worth pausing at wherever a great shot presents itself.
So even a normally 10-to-15-minute walk usually ends up needing the full 90 minutes. Busy areas with heavy foot traffic require a minimum of 2 hours.
When you contact us, letting us know not just a general area but specific spots you have in mind will help us guide you more smoothly afterward.
Some locations require a shooting permit. Please handle any confirmation or application yourself in such cases. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth shoot, in the rare event that an accident or equipment failure makes it impossible to shoot or deliver your photos, we will, at most, issue a full refund or arrange a re-shoot on another date.
