- From when can we make a booking?
- We open bookings approximately three months in advance. We announce the start of each booking period on Instagram, so please check our Instagram from time to time.
- Our shooting location isn't decided yet — can we just book a date?

Prices vary by shooting location, so we prepare a quote each time after hearing your preferences.
We ask that you confirm and are satisfied with the details before booking.

About the Shoot
- Can you shoot anywhere?

We'll travel anywhere in Japan to shoot at the location the two of you prefer.
(If you'd like to shoot at a location requiring a permit application — such as a park, commercial facility, public facility, shop, or private property — you will need to confirm this yourself.)
- Can we shoot in multiple areas?
- Of course, shooting in multiple areas is possible too. We'll prepare a quote based on the day's schedule, including travel time, so please feel free to consult with us.
- Can you recommend a shooting location?

To respect each couple's individuality, we generally don't propose shooting locations ourselves.
Our recommendation is a place where the two of you can enjoy yourselves.
- Can we shoot during pregnancy?
- Yes, that's possible.
If you let us know in advance, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs during the shoot.
- Can we take photos with our own smartphone or camera too?
- Of course. Our hair and makeup artist or assistant will hold your belongings during the shoot, so please let us know whenever you'd like to take them out.
- Can we include family, friends, or pets in the shoot?

Yes, that's possible if discussed with us in advance.
Some locations may have certain conditions, so we'll propose a plan that keeps things easy for everyone.
About Hair and Makeup
- How should we go about discussing hair and makeup?

If you send us reference images of your desired hair and makeup style, we'll share them with the hair and makeup artist on the day.
Please feel free to discuss this with us over LINE any time before the shoot date.
- Can we request body contouring?

We don't offer body contouring as part of our shoots.
This is because, unlike your actual wedding ceremony where guests can see you from every angle, photos can be covered to a certain extent — so rather than paying an extra fee for body contouring, we can achieve a similar effect for free through angles and posing during the shoot, saving both time and cost, with no risk of your outfit getting dirty.
If there's anything on your mind, let us know in advance, and we'll work with the hair and makeup artist and photographer to keep it as unnoticeable as possible.
- I'm not sure whether to book hair and makeup for the groom.

About Outfits & Accessories

Please bring your favorite dress, accessories, bouquet, and anything else you'd like to use on the day.

About the Day of the Shoot
- What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?

In case of bad weather, you can change the date free of charge (though you'll be responsible for any booking-change fees, such as facility usage fees).
We'll begin discussing this about 4–5 days beforehand, with a final decision made by the day before.
*Available dates for postponement are limited based on availability at the time, so if this is a concern, you may also add a backup shoot date as an option at the time of booking.
- Can we change the date or shooting location after booking?

If you'd like to change the shoot date due to bad weather, we'll change it free of charge; however, please note that a change fee applies if you'd like to change the date for your own reasons.
Also, you can change your shooting location even after booking, but depending on the location, the quote may differ from the one originally provided, in which case we may need to issue a new quote.
- How long is the shoot / total time required?

Shoot duration varies depending on the shooting area, but for locations in busy city areas, it typically takes 2 hours or more (an additional 30 minutes on top of the standard 90-minute plan).
The total time required, including getting ready and travel to the shooting area, is generally the shoot time plus about 3 hours or more.

- I'm not great in front of the camera, so I'm a little worried.

Our shoots are built around capturing the two of you just as you naturally are.
Of course, our photographer will guide you on positioning, posture, and gaze as needed, but for the most part, we simply capture the two of you chatting naturally or enjoying a walk together as you normally would — so please relax and enjoy the moment.
- Tell us about payment.

We only accept payment by bank transfer; credit cards and electronic money payments are not supported.
Payment is made in two installments: a deposit at the time of booking, with the remainder due after the shoot.
- About how long until the data is delivered?
- We deliver approximately two weeks after the shoot date.
If you're in a hurry, you can also add [Express Delivery] as an option.
- Will the photos from our shoot appear on social media or the web?

We will always ask you whether we may post on social media, so nothing will be posted without your permission.
We can also accommodate requests such as showing only your backs or avoiding your faces entirely.
- Can you retouch or edit the images?

Opinions differ on what counts as "retouching," but our photos only involve color editing — we do not retouch to slim faces or arms.
If you really would like retouching, please let us know the file names of the photos you'd like retouched after delivery, and we can accommodate this for ¥1,100 per photo.
