RECRUIT

Stand alongside our clients' lives
and be present for
irreplaceable moments

Value

Weddings, maternity, Shichi-Go-San, coming-of-age —
a relationship that continues through every milestone in life.
Tears, smiles, and the atmosphere of the moment, all of it.
However many times the shutter clicks,
the same moment never comes again.
That's exactly why we capture today with all our heart.

Value

More than just taking photos —
we have teammates
who carry feelings forward

Passion

A photograph is something you take with your heart.
We stay close to each client's story, watching for who they truly are,
and photographer and hair-and-makeup artist alike move as one.
What we aim for is "a photo you'll want to look back on for years to come."
When that passion comes together,
a moment only this team could create is born.

Passion

Work like you're traveling —
every landscape you encounter
becomes a work of art

Growth

Every shoot, a different city, a different air, a different smile.
Amid ever-changing scenery, your own sensibility keeps sharpening.
We're not looking for "a good photo" — we're searching for "a moment that moves the heart."
Free as a journey, deep as an act of creation.
This job is, itself, a journey that enriches your life.

Growth

Value, Passion, Growth
Value, Passion, Growth

Turning a moment
into a lifelong work of art.

It's something made not from formality,
but from feeling.
We never miss a moment that overflows with who you truly are — free, natural, creative.
When the team's passion aligns with the heart,
an irreplaceable "now" is born, one you'll want to revisit for years to come.

Thought

Photos that honor your feelings,
and move the heart.

Libars is a team that turns "this very moment" into a memory you'll want to revisit again and again.
What matters most to us isn't just technical skill, but drawing out
who our clients truly are.
Traveling across Japan, we meet our clients' genuine smiles and feelings head-on,
capturing moments that last a lifetime.
Why not put your sensibility to work on something that touches people's hearts?

FAQ

FAQ

Q

Can I apply with no prior experience?

A

Yes, you're welcome to apply. At Libars, we value not just past experience and skills, but whether you love this work and want to give it your all without regrets. If you love photography, film, and weddings, want to be genuinely involved in work that touches people's lives, and are prepared to grow rather than settle for half-measures, we'd love to hear from you — even without prior experience.

Q

What genres do you shoot?

A

My work centers on wedding photography, along with shoots that follow life's milestones such as family portraits and newborn photography. In client work, I also cover a wide range of genres, from apparel and food to architecture and portraits.

Q

Can I have a remote interview?

A

Yes, it is. After passing the document screening, the first interview can be conducted online. The second interview is held in person to help both sides get a real feel for the atmosphere and understand each other better.

Q

Do I need a portfolio or past work samples?

A

Yes, a portfolio is required. Whether you're applying as a hair and makeup artist, photographer, or editor, your portfolio is an important part of our evaluation. It shows not just technical skill, but your approach, sense of aesthetics, and dedication. It doesn't need to be perfect — just show us that you've engaged with your craft seriously.

Q

What kind of person is a good fit?

A

Someone who keeps choosing this work simply because they love it. What matters is whether you still want to do it even through the moments that aren't all fun. Try it first instead of waiting for the right answer. Judge by what the client and the scene need, not by waiting for instructions. People who can work that way grow fast here.

Q

On the other hand, what kind of person do you think wouldn't be a good fit?

A

This isn't a fit for someone looking for an easy job, or a way of working that waits for a fixed answer or instructions. It's also a difficult environment for someone who clings strongly to their own way of doing things and struggles to take others' opinions and feedback positively. Regardless of position or experience, we search for the better answer together through open dialogue every step of the way, so an attitude ready for change and revision is essential.
